About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mister Convenience. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends and customer behavior.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
