Position Overview

If you have a strong enthusiasm for AEO Brand Standards and take pride in ensuring that products are accessible to customers, the part-time Stock Team Member role is an excellent fit for you. In this position, you will oversee the transition of merchandise from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor by managing shipment processing, restocking, markdowns, and visual merchandising. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to upholding brand standards will be vital in this capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dedication to Brand Standards: Facilitate product movement through effective shipment processing, restocking, markdowns, and visual merchandising.
  • Expertise in Stockroom Management: Ensure a well-organized Stockroom, maintaining merchandise, visual displays, and fixtures in optimal condition.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Actively seek out merchandising opportunities and implement necessary actions to improve product presentation.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work alongside team members to assist with non-stock tasks and provide customer support as needed.
  • Integrity and Safety: Adhere to safety protocols in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor, diligently following Asset Protection policies.
