Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to provide expert advice and support to employees and managers
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through HR initiatives
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in human resources, public administration, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in HR leadership or management

  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong leadership and management skills
