Job Summary

Central Travel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency General Manager to lead our operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our travel agency and ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with business objectives and strategic plans.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Business Objectives: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Representation: Represent Central Travel in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
