Job Title: Travel Agency General Manager

Go-Ryeo Travel Ltd. dba Central Travel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency General Manager to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the travel agency, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient management of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall travel experience.
  • Lead a team of travel professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role within the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
