Position Overview: Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Management Coordinator to oversee our travel agency operations. This role requires a strong background in management and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a managerial role
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Distribute resources, including material, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
    • Authorize and facilitate the formation of key departments and senior staff roles.
    • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Set objectives for the agency and endorse policies and programs that drive success.
    • Act as a representative of the agency in negotiations and official engagements.

  • Working Hours: 30-44 hours per week
