Job Summary

Campus Living Centres is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Residential Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage annual operating budgets for our residential communities
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Resident Services
    • Oversee the delivery of exceptional resident services, including maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk operations
    • Ensure timely and effective resolution of resident concerns and issues
  • Staff Management
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of residential staff
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our residential communities
    • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure effective leasing and sales strategies
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy living environment
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance metrics and benchmarks to measure the success of our residential operations
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff
Requirements
  • Education
    • Recognized college diploma or university degree in a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential operations or a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, scheduled to work 44 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of interruption. Travel outside of the location may be required for corporate meetings and training.
