Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our national sales territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the mid-market and non-named national account target market segments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
  • Provide consultative and relationship-building selling techniques to identify current and future connectivity solutions.
  • Position Cogent's services for new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of solid sales experience, preferably B2B and in the technology field.
  • Previous sales experience with a track record of success is required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with revenue deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM.
