Position Overview

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that all sales activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage various tasks related to sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign duties to sales personnel and supervise their performance.
  • Training: Hire new staff and facilitate their training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage merchandise to ensure stock levels meet customer demand.
  • Returns Processing: Authorize the return of merchandise as necessary.
  • Sales Activities: Engage in selling merchandise directly to customers.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales role is considered an asset.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
