Staff Clinician, Employee

Make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and innovative mental health organization. As a Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program, you will be part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver EFAP services, including confidential counseling, case management, direct clinical services, and assessments.
- Receive case assignments, establish treatment plans, and complete case progress notes.
- Develop service plans outlining specific actions for each client under periodic supervision.
- Complete comprehensive psycho-social assessments as needed.
- Respond to crisis calls from the Client Services Center as required.
- Participate in on-call rotations for a 4-day period every few months.
- Masters in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Valid registration with the relevant governing body.
- Minimum 3 years of counseling experience.
- Experience in brief solution-oriented counseling.
- Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
