Cielo Talent is seeking a highly skilled French Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Specialized Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless execution of pre-hire and post-hire activities.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including phone interviews, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Candidate Management: Update candidate statuses in our recruitment systems, review applicants, and coordinate background checks, medical screenings, and reference checks.
- Offer Management: Execute the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters, and presenting offers to candidates.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our recruitment team, including editing and posting job positions, managing candidate generation channels, and ensuring timely updates on progress.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide metric and pipeline reporting to support business decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification preferred.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator; experience in a business or office environment, customer service, or administration.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English; strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
