Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler to contribute to our innovative projects at Vention. This role involves the assembly of our specialized applications, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble Vention's engineered applications, including safety enclosures, palletizers, and robotic cells.
  • Integrate automation components to fulfill design specifications.
  • Perform quality assurance checks prior to dispatching products to clients.
  • Prepare automation designs for shipment in compliance with our established standards.
  • Independently manage your workload in alignment with team production goals.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or information gaps.
  • Actively participate in the enhancement of Vention's integration processes and tools.
  • Maintain accurate assembly records in our internal systems.
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a dynamic work environment.
  • A DEC in a relevant technical field is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions.
  • Keen attention to detail, particularly regarding customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
