Position: Agricultural Operations Supervisor

Dhillon Brother Farms Ltd. is seeking an experienced Agricultural Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the formulation and execution of farm safety protocols and bio-security measures. Your responsibilities will include maintaining financial and production documentation, overseeing the workforce of general farm employees and harvesting teams, and managing crop-related activities. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Qualifications
  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of pertinent experience in agricultural operations
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and enforcement of farm safety and bio-security protocols
  • Keep accurate financial and production records
  • Coordinate and oversee the activities of general farm workers and harvesting teams
  • Supervise and manage growing and other crop-related tasks
  • Maintain comprehensive work records and logs
  • Operate and service farm machinery and equipment
