Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Karna Consulting Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop and implement sales strategies, and experience with project management software.
