Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Sam Sandhu Computers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of 5-10 sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our business clients and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure team members are meeting their goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
