About the Role

iip Recruiters Inc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support business objectives.

Employee Support and Guidance

Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Conflict Resolution and Mediation

Mediate labour disputes and grievances in a fair and impartial manner to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

Recruitment and Staffing

Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate job postings.

Employee Data and Analysis

Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions and improve HR processes.

Staff Management and Development

Manage contracts, conduct performance reviews, and evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field

Skills and Abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a large workload and caseload.

Personal Suitability
