Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting divisional success by assisting managers with performance development, coaching, and full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support managers with setting performance goals, facilitating performance evaluations, and identifying performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for all roles and conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead interviews using various techniques to find the best candidates and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
  • Work closely with HR leadership to identify unique needs and challenges of the division, ensuring that HR policies are tailored to address these specifics.
  • Provide support and clarification to managers and employees on HR policies and practices, design and deliver training programs, and develop comprehensive communication plans.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent education.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Limited knowledge of aviation regulations as it relates to training and documentation requirements.
  • Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and ability to learn new technology.
