Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze production and operational reports.
  • Address workplace challenges, offer technical guidance, and propose strategies to enhance efficiency and product standards.
  • Oversee and direct the activities of team members and projects.
  • Facilitate training sessions or coordinate training opportunities for staff.
  • Manage the dispatch of drivers and oversee route monitoring.
  • Control and monitor signal and track switch operations.
  • Organize and schedule operational activities effectively.
  • Advise on personnel decisions and actions.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for operations.
Team Management
