Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our product management team. As a Product Manager at GroupBy, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to build products that help retailers create a rich, compelling, and highly converting online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to our customers to understand their problems and how we could possibly solve those problems.
  • Define the product strategy and develop a product roadmap for your product that reflects our company and product vision.
  • Conduct experiments and build prototypes to test your hypotheses and assumptions and validate your understanding of our customers.
  • Measure the impact of new features and make data-driven decisions.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and use cases that the design and development teams can easily implement.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and communicate any timelines.
  • Write documentation and demo new features to internal stakeholders and customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a product owner/product manager role.
  • Ability to synthesize information to identify what a winning product will look like, and how it will succeed strategically in its market.
  • Experience in conducting customer interviews and leading usability testing conversations.
  • A strong appreciation of what makes a great user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and communicate strategies, concepts, and ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Can define success metrics and communicate your rationale clearly.
