We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at E J Walsh & Co. Inc. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, identifying and soliciting new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and negotiate sales contracts.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to clients, troubleshoot problems, and resolve product and service-related issues.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and provide accurate information to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communication: Develop and deliver sales presentations, reports, and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve business objectives.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or technical role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in presentation software, word processing software, and electronic mail.
