Farm Workers Supervisor Job Description

H&R SIDHU FARMS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Workers Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient farm operations.
  • Supervise and oversee the activities of farm workers, ensuring they are working safely and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain financial and production records, including crop yields and farm expenses.
  • Provide guidance and training to farm workers on best practices for crop management and farm operations.
  • Collaborate with other farm staff to ensure seamless farm operations and achieve production goals.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Requirements:
  • Will train
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language
