Position Overview:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
- Initiate meaningful conversations with clients to identify and fulfill their needs by offering guidance and assistance regarding coverage and the claims process.
- Deliver expert claims advice during every customer interaction to foster an exceptional customer experience; actively seek opportunities to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Address customer concerns effectively and escalate issues when necessary; direct clients to the appropriate team members or internal resources as needed.
- Exhibit adaptability to modify tasks based on customer and organizational requirements.
- Strive to create an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the overall service experience.
SHAREHOLDER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and prioritize personal workload to meet service level agreements and productivity targets.
- Exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information, and confidential matters; escalate issues as appropriate.
- Maintain knowledge of practices and procedures within the claims domain and stay informed about emerging trends in claims assessment and litigation.
- Safeguard the organization's interests by identifying and managing risks, escalating high-risk transactions as necessary.
- Contribute to the achievement of business objectives focused on Operational Excellence.
- Assist in the timely and accurate execution of business processes and procedures.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and reflects client/business intentions in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Identify and actively engage in opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop expertise in the field, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
- Recommend and implement standard practices and procedures relevant to insurance claims.
- Stay updated on emerging issues, trends, and regulatory changes and assess their potential impacts.
- Foster a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes aligned with risk appetite.
- Assume responsibility for minimizing operational and regulatory risks by adhering to the Bank's Code of Conduct.

SKILL SET & EXPERIENCE
- Possess a college or university degree.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
- Must be fluently bilingual in English and French.
