YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:

Actively respond to client inquiries regarding information, maintenance, or repairs, whether via phone or in-person at the service counter.


Oversee client requests for maintenance and repair services.


Create work orders for maintenance or machinery repairs for clients, including follow-ups until invoicing is completed or the work is finalized.


Identify work covered under warranty.


Keep clients informed about necessary services, including providing cost estimates.


Advise clients on preventative maintenance during repair processes.


Assist in scheduling work for the service department.


Facilitate invoicing for work orders generated from service calls.


Promote and sell our mechanical services to clients.


Adhere to all health and safety standards and policies in the workplace.


IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Possesses a vocational diploma in mechanics or parts.


Has experience as a technical advisor in the retail sector.


Demonstrates a passion for agriculture, business, or the industrial sector.


Functional English: An asset for serving our English-speaking clientele.


Exhibits strong verbal communication skills, active listening, and an understanding of client needs, along with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple requests simultaneously. A genuine passion for customer service and sales is essential.
