Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our team at Mark's. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales associates and support staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Collaborate with other store directors and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business results.
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions.
Develop and implement plans to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
Manage store budgets, including labor, inventory, and expenses.
Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in retail management, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
