About the Role

Riverside Natural Foods is seeking a highly skilled SAP Production Planning Solution Owner to join our team. As a key member of our business systems team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end technology solutions implementation and continuous improvement project leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise in SAP PP modules and understand integration points with other modules such as MM, FICO, and SD.
  • Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information, and documenting an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes.
  • Develop and implement SAP PP module configurations, requirements gathering, functional specs, and training documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with key business decision makers and end-users to resolve issues and provide user support.
  • Develop and deliver SAP training to client end-users on current and new functionality.
  • Document requirements, develop business process maps, create project plans, and training materials.
  • Design and develop test plans for system and acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
  • Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and work under tight project deadlines.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of SAP PP module configuration experience.
  • SAP certification/s highly preferred.
  • 3-4 years of project management experience.
  • Supply chain and logistics work experience is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates grit and has a desire to learn.
  • Ability to analyze business processes.
  • Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
  • Experience in preparation and execution of test cases/test plans/test scripts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a proven ability to successfully deal with complex issues working within the context of cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, self-starter with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrates humility throughout the company on a daily basis.
  • Aptitude to exhibit respect and protect Riverside's Core Values in a changing environment.
