Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet our work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen and service areas are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet our customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on our sales, stock, and wastage, maintaining accurate records of our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, fast-paced environment.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
