Job Title: Landscaping Field Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Field Supervisor to join our team at Alpha Better Landscaping. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our landscaping crews and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of landscaping crews, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with our design and sales teams to ensure that projects meet client expectations and are completed on time.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to crew members.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to crew members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the landscaping industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
