Position Overview

As a Personal Care Attendant at Megha Holdings Limited, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through dedicated personal support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Provide bedside assistance and personal care tailored to individual client needs.
  • Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications as directed.
  • Hygiene Support: Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene routines.
  • Physical Activity: Encourage and assist clients in regular exercise, such as walking.
  • Wound Care: Change non-sterile dressings as required.
  • Specimen Collection: Collect specimens for medical testing.
  • Nutritional Support: Feed clients or assist them during mealtime.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: Expected to work between 35 to 40 hours per week.
