Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at Home Care. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide personal care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
