Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at Home Care. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist clients with medication administration, as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a care-giving role an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
