Job Summary

At Royal Bank of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investment Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Investment Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and supporting the administrative activities of our Investment Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with daily portfolio maintenance, including trade processing and account management
  • Manage client cash flows and balances, ensuring accurate and timely transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and files, and attend client meetings as required
  • Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings/calls
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the investment industry
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Proven client service skills and meticulous attention to detail
