Position Overview

CTG is looking to hire a Project Manager for a key role within our organization.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will operate within the Program Management Office, collaborating effectively across various departments and offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing multiple medium to large-scale projects, working closely with diverse teams including Business Analysts, Implementation Teams, External Partners, and leadership to fulfill project objectives. Exceptional organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills are essential, as the Project Manager will report directly to the Director of the Program Management Office. The decision-making authority within this role is aligned with the scope of the assigned projects.

Required Skills:

Organizational Skills: Ability to develop, organize, prioritize, and manage work across various projects simultaneously. Leadership: Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders and teams to ensure successful project delivery. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the capability to present information clearly and effectively. Problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

Experience Required:

A minimum of 10 years in Planning, Executing, and Supervising medium to large-scale projects with varying degrees of complexity. Familiarity with fundamental technical concepts and current technology trends. Proven experience in managing projects utilizing various project management methodologies to successfully deliver medium or large-scale initiatives. Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or similar, or actively pursuing Project Management certification. Experience in Stakeholder Communication and Management, including interactions with executives. Ability to produce comprehensive status reports and dashboards to convey project progress.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in project management is advantageous but not mandatory.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required, along with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
