Position Overview
CTG is looking to fill a Project Manager role for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will operate within the Program Management Office, collaborating effectively across various departments and offices. This role requires managing multiple medium to large-scale projects, working closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Implementation Teams, External Partners, and leadership to meet project objectives. Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills are essential, with direct reporting to the Director of the Program Management Office. The Project Manager will have decision-making authority within the scope of assigned projects.Required Skills:
Organizational Skills: Ability to develop, organize, prioritize, and manage tasks across several projects simultaneously. Leadership: Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders and teams to ensure successful project delivery. Communication: Proficient in written and verbal communication, with the capability to present information clearly. Problem-solving: Strong decision-making and analytical skills. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Project Management software, including Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years in planning, executing, and overseeing medium to large-scale projects with varying degrees of complexity. Understanding of fundamental technical concepts and current technology trends. Proven experience in managing projects using various methodologies to deliver successful outcomes. Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or similar, or actively pursuing Project Management certification. Experience in stakeholder communication and management, including interactions with executives. Ability to produce detailed status reports and dashboards to convey project progress.Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in project management is advantageous but not mandatory.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required, along with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse group.
