As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us grow our business through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, specifically focused on all billing items. Manage all billing concerns, collect payments, and drive to the bank to make deposits.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, assist with thank you cards, and participate in various seasonal promotions.
- Administrative Support: Take minutes at meetings and perform small tasks assigned by the agent, such as personal assistant type tasks.
- Sales Experience: Sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
