Job Title: Franchise Business Consultant

At Little Caesars, we're looking for a highly skilled Franchise Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our franchise support team, you will play a critical role in helping our franchisees achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between corporate departments and franchise owners to ensure seamless integration of business functions.
  • Provide support to franchisees in site development, training, operations, marketing, financial services, and overall understanding of the company.
  • Oversee and report on market conditions, making recommendations to improve upon any changes.
  • Assist franchisees in reviewing business plans and analyzing financial data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide effective training and communications to franchisees and their staff to support customer satisfaction.
  • Guide franchisees in consistently meeting or exceeding company quality standards through onsite business reviews and operational evaluations.
  • Assist in the implementation and review of company-related training programs.
  • Maintain documentation for assigned franchisees and communicate regularly with the Director to apprise of all pertinent issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Four years previous restaurant/retail management experience.
  • Strong relationship, team building, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Basic proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel and work extended workweeks due to distance of working location or other business needs.
