About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at SAFETY FIRST SECURITY SERVICES INC. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's objectives.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, typing and proofreading correspondence, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
