About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Sunwest RV Centre Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services and products.
  • Service Coordination: Arrange for billing and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Service Explanation: Clearly explain the type and cost of services offered to customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics related to customer interactions.
  • Feedback and Complaints: Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints.
  • Complaint Handling: Receive and log customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Payment Processing: Receive payments from customers in a secure and accurate manner.
