Job Summary:
The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organization. The specialist will develop and maintain financial models, prepare financial reports, and provide financial analysis and support to the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The specialist will work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports
  • Provide financial analysis and support to the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and analyze financial trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of financial software such as QuickBooks and SAP
