About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Derivatives and Collateral Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business issues and developing creative solutions to improve our derivatives and collateral operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze business issues and develop solutions to improve our derivatives and collateral operations.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop business cases for new initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes.
  • Provide expert advice on derivatives and collateral operations and develop training programs to educate stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business or Finance.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Experience with SDLC or Agile methodology.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Java programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives and collateral operations and experience with related systems and applications.
