Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Professional to join our team as a 2-year new graduate program in Underwriting. This program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities- Learn and develop technical skills in underwriting, including classroom and on-the-job training
- Participate in rotational assignments to gain experience in various areas of underwriting, including Long-Haul Trucking and Commercial Lines Property
- Collaborate with experienced subject matter experts and receive guidance and mentorship
- Develop soft skills through training and mentorship to enhance interpersonal skills and career growth
- Completion of an Undergraduate degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or Business
- Strong learning agility, natural curiosity, team-oriented, communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Available to start full-time in January 2025
