Job Title: Sales Associate Pearle Vision

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Pearle Vision. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on eye care products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Offer expert advice on eye care products, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of eye care products and services, including promotions and discounts.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
