Job Title: Sales Associate

Moments Boutique Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Job Summary:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and debit payments.
Responsibilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and store goals.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
