The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recreation and Fitness Program Coordinator to join our team at Personnel Support Programs. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the operational readiness of our Canadian Armed Forces through the provision of fitness, sports, recreation, and health promotion programs to military communities across Canada and members while on deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counter service, including answering customer inquiries, membership sales, typing correspondence, filing, and clearing military personnel in and out.
  • Maintain cash floats and daily sales records.
  • Use a data management program to book facilities and programs.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A High School Diploma and several years of experience in a related field.
  • Current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications.
  • A valid driver's license (Ontario).
  • Experience in cash handling and office administration.
  • Strong competencies in client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership.
Language Requirements

English is the primary language required for this role.
