Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team at Lo and Behold Floor Epoxy Coating. As an Epoxy Floor Installer, you will be responsible for installing high-quality epoxy floor coatings in various locations. Responsibilities
  • Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered with epoxy floor coatings
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to ensure a smooth installation process
  • Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations to ensure the epoxy floor coating adheres properly
  • Estimate costs and materials required for each installation project
  • Prepare floors for installations by removing existing floor coverings and contaminants
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants to ensure a clean and smooth installation surface
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train on the job
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work at heights
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and color recognition
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Work Environment

As an Epoxy Floor Installer, you will work in various locations, including industrial and commercial settings. You will be required to work at heights and in physically demanding environments. You must be able to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
