Job Title: Epoxy Floor Installer

We are seeking a skilled Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team at Lo and Behold Floor Epoxy Coating. As an Epoxy Floor Installer, you will be responsible for installing high-quality epoxy floor coatings in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered with epoxy floor coatings
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations
  • Estimate costs and materials for epoxy floor coatings
  • Prepare floors for installations, including removing existing floor coverings and contaminants
  • Install epoxy floor coatings, ensuring a smooth and even finish
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a dusty environment
  • Physically demanding work, including handling heavy loads and bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and good hand-eye coordination
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and mask required
