  • You'll set the standard for quality and excellence in all aspects of the salon, from hair care services to customer interactions.
  • You'll act as a mentor and coach to your team, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
  • You'll handle all aspects of salon management, including hiring, training, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • You'll need to have a current cosmetology or barber license, as required by state/provincial regulations.
  • You'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • You'll need to be tech-savvy and able to perform administrative tasks.
  • You'll need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Physical Requirements

  • You'll need to be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You'll need to be able to work in a salon environment that uses chemicals and fragrances.
