Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Floor Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Floor Guard, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and regular security patrols of the site, including interior and exterior areas, to prevent and detect potential security threats.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, including emergency situations, and take necessary actions to resolve the situation.
  • Write detailed and accurate incident reports, including incident summaries, witness statements, and any other relevant information.
  • Investigate routine incidents and gather evidence to support incident reports.
  • Enforce parking and smoking regulations, as well as other site rules and regulations, to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, including responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Valid Security License for the province of Ontario.
  • First Aid/CPR - Level C certification from a WSIB-approved source.
  • Minimum 6 months of healthcare security experience or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Proof of current vaccinations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience is considered an asset.
