CareerBeacon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Floor Guard to join our team. As a Security Floor Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols to identify and respond to potential security threats.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Write and submit accurate and detailed reports of incidents and security activities.
  • Investigate routine incidents and provide recommendations for prevention and mitigation.
  • Enforce parking and smoking regulations, as well as other site-specific rules and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Valid Security License for the province of Ontario.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR - Level C from WSIB-approved source.
  • Minimum 6 months healthcare security experience (or relevant equivalent experience).
  • Proof of CV vaccinations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience is considered an asset.
