**Job Summary**

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Bar Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our gas bars, while providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive brand image.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and maintain the standards of our gas bars, including merchandising, marketing, and signage.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and uniform standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to our Hassle-Free Guarantee policy.
  • Manage inventories and budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee the appearance and maintenance of gas bar facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and implement department budgets, ensuring achievement of or exceeding budget goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports, claims, invoices, and other paperwork.
  • Recruit and develop team members, including performance evaluations and training plans.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Administer personnel policies, the Collective Agreement, and maintain a positive relationship with team members.
  • Supervise team members, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Gas Bar/C-Store Assistant Manager or Gas Bar Manager with Federated Co-operatives Limited or equivalent experience in a retail setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in customer service, brand image, and loss prevention.
  • Skilled in directing, coaching, and training of team members.
  • Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility to respond to calls and emergencies.

A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
