Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Prince George branch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Manage branch operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team performance
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives and customer service personnel to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a sales or management role
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment parts and sales
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Impeccable safety record
  • Solid business acumen and management skills
